Our Family update.

It's been along time since I blogged so I thought I would. It's been a fast, busy summer. School for Melanie and Melissa started Monday. Jacob starts next Monday. I took him into testing this morning and they were all "wow". He knew everything they asked him, but one thing. He tested for about 30 minutes. He is excited and wanted to stay. The teacher that I requested, that he got was the one that Amanda, Kyle and Jeni had. She remembered them. It was nice to know that he can't wait to go back. It makes a difference when you get a teacher that loves her career like Miss Tawna does. It's been quiet around here without Brian. He moved out 2 months ago. We just have the 3 at home now. It's nice that they are getting big in away. Gives us some more free time, but yet we know we are getting up there in age. Bryan and I have decided to take a trip to Paris, London and Rome on a 2 week getaway. We might be able to pull it off this spring, so we will have to see. I told him April will be a good time and he thinks May. If anyone wants to tag along then great. It's 2,500 dollars a person. It includes air, euro train, breakfast and dinner, and your hotel. You have to buy lunch and any tours that you want to include. We are going to do the paris dinner and the moonlighting one for 50 bucks a person. It will be fun and can't wait. Kyle is doing good, just the same. He bought a boat that we are taking out for Labor day at the Huntington lake. Jeni is enjoying being married, just trying to find time. She is in the RN program and working full time too. Her life is fulfilled. Melanie is a senor now, so I don't know how much time we will get to see her. She turns 17 tomorrow. She is working at subway in walmart. Wow, time doesn't stand still. Amanda is still being a good mom to Madie. Still working at the BSA as the manager there. Melissa will start dance here shortly. She wants to be a cheer leader some day and with her looks and long blond hair it will be hard to keep the boys off her. She is starting piano lessons too. Jake starts karate and they are both doing the swimming thing. Their lives are full. Bryan wants me to go on part time so that I can spend more time at home. I told him after Christmas. Well that's about all of our family updates for the day. Hope all of you enjoy yours.
